If you own a Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+ or Note 8, there’s not a whole lot to be excited about with Google’s Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. While both devices are incredible in their own right, they aren’t anything new to Samsung Galaxy owners – they both have great processors, cameras, displays, but the Galaxy devices have a leg up on the Pixel 2 with their 3.5mm audio jacks. One exciting feature to come with the all new Pixel 2 is the Live Wallpapers that were shown off at the Google event. Galaxy owners love wallpapers because we love to show off how awesome their Infinity Displays perform in color, contrast ratio and supreme detail.
Google’s Live Wallpapers are pretty cool. Sure they’re simple and understated, but the little bit of movement makes them unique and you probably want them on your Galaxy.
Android developer Pranav Pandey has identified a way to extract those wallpapers and load them into an APK. He’s hooked up the world of Android fans running Android 6.0 or later. A big thanks to Pranav.
Here’s how to install all of the Official Google Pixel 2 Live Wallpapers on the Samsung Galaxy S8 ,S8+ and Note 8
