Google lets us in on the most searched terms for 2017. Here’s how they changed from 2016.

As 2017 comes to an end, we can look back and think of very significant events that happened this year. Some good, and many not good at all. Off the top of my head, I can’t help but put the tragedy of the Las Vegas shooting as the worst event of the year. Followed by that I think of the abuse that powerful men have put helpless women through with the news growing about more men who have abused their power by the day. I still don’t understand the concept of Bitcoin or virtual currency, but I know that it has been exploding in value and I wish I had listened to all the teens (mostly Jason Botha) who told me to buy it a year ago.

For tech, the phone that made the biggest wave was the iPhone X. Its Apple’s future phone design that is radically different from the previous generations that are still available today. I can’t say enough positive things about Face ID and am kind of in love with it. It works so well that it makes fingerprint readers on Androids seem like technology from 100 years ago. Kudos to Apple for truly innovating with Face ID.

Those are just the most resonant memories I have from 2017, but let’s check out Google’s annual top searched terms for the year.
